GTASickz PS5 Pro + GTA 6 Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Take-Two Interactive or Rockstar Games.

1. Sponsor

The giveaway is run by GTASickz, operated personally by David Fowell ("the Sponsor"). Contact: hi@gtasickz.com.

2. Who can enter

You can enter if, at the time of entry and at the time of the draw, you:

The Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to enter

  1. Subscribe to the GTASickz YouTube channel (@GTASickz).
  2. Fill in the entry form at gtasickz.com with your YouTube handle, email address and country, and confirm that you are 18 or over, subscribed, and agree to these rules.

That's it. There is no purchase or payment of any kind. One entry per person. Each YouTube handle and each email address can only be used once. Using more than one account or email to enter is not allowed.

An entry is valid only if the details are true, the person meets section 2, and the YouTube account is subscribed to GTASickz.

Subscribing on its own is not an entry. Anyone can subscribe to the channel, including people who are under 18 or live outside the eligible countries, but only people who meet section 2 and complete the entry form are entered. The channel's subscriber count can therefore be higher than the number of entries. Where GTASickz videos and posts say "the first 1,000 subscribers", this means the first 1,000 valid entries as defined in these rules.

You must still be subscribed to GTASickz at the time of the draw. If you unsubscribe at any point before the draw, your entry and all its tickets are cancelled.

4. Entry period

The giveaway opens on the date it is first announced on the GTASickz channel. It closes at whichever comes first:

If fewer than 1,000 valid entries have been received by 31 December 2026, the draw still takes place, using all valid entries received by then. Tickets are given by position exactly as in section 5, so position #1 still gets 1,000 tickets, #2 gets 999, and so on, down to the last valid entry.

5. Your position and tickets

Your position is the order in which your entry form was received, as recorded by the GTASickz website's server (UTC). The first entry is position #1, the second is #2, and so on up to #1,000. Your position is shown to you when you enter. Enter as soon as you subscribe, because your position is set by your entry form, not by when you subscribed.

Tickets are given by position:

Position n gets 1,001 - n tickets. With all 1,000 places filled there are 500,500 tickets in total; with fewer entries there are fewer tickets in total, so each ticket has a better chance. Entries after the 1,000th, or after the closing time, are not part of the giveaway.

A public list of entry positions and YouTube handles (never email addresses) is shown at gtasickz.com/entries. Before the draw the Sponsor may check entries and remove invalid ones. Each remaining entry keeps the tickets for its position. The Sponsor's record of entries and positions is final.

6. The draw

Within 7 days after the giveaway closes (section 4), the Sponsor will draw one winning ticket at random from all valid tickets, using a random number generator (such as random.org) shown on screen. The draw will be published as a video on the GTASickz channel.

If the drawn ticket belongs to an entry that turns out to be invalid, or the winner is no longer subscribed, a new ticket is drawn. The Sponsor will check the winner's subscription, for example by asking for a screenshot of their YouTube subscriptions.

7. Prize

One (1) winner receives:

Approximate retail value: US$1,000 (PS5 Pro US$899.99 and the game about US$100). The console may be the official model sold in the winner's region. The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred. If an item is unavailable, the Sponsor may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

GTA 6 release: GTA 6 is scheduled for release on 19 November 2026. If the draw happens before the game is released, the console is sent after the draw and the game is sent on its release day, or as soon as possible after it. If the release date moves, the game is sent on the new release date. If the draw happens after release, both items are sent together.

8. Winner notice

The winner will be announced in the draw video (by YouTube handle) and contacted at the email address given on their entry form, from hi@gtasickz.com. The winner has 7 days from that email to reply with their full name, delivery address and, if asked, proof of age, country and subscription. If they don't, they lose the prize and the Sponsor will draw again.

The Sponsor will never ask the winner for payment, card details or passwords. Any message asking for these is not from GTASickz.

9. Delivery, taxes and costs

The Sponsor pays standard shipping to the winner's address in an eligible country. The winner is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees or other costs linked to receiving the prize.

10. Fair play

The Sponsor can disqualify anyone who cheats, uses bots, fake or multiple accounts, or tries to interfere with the giveaway. Buying, selling or trading subscriptions or entries is not allowed.

11. Personal data

The entry form collects your YouTube handle, email address and country. The website also records the time of entry, the country Cloudflare detects from your connection, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to help stop cheating. This is used only to run the giveaway, check entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize. It is never sold. Your handle and position appear on the public entry list. Full details, including how long data is kept and your rights, are in the privacy notice at gtasickz.com/privacy.

12. Limits and changes

To the extent allowed by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for problems outside their control (such as YouTube or website outages, or shipping delays) or for any loss from taking part or from the prize. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The Sponsor may change, pause or cancel the giveaway if something outside their control stops it running fairly, and will post any change on the channel.

13. YouTube and Rockstar

This giveaway is run by the Sponsor only. YouTube, Google, Sony, Take-Two and Rockstar Games have no part in it. By entering you release YouTube and Google from any claim connected to the giveaway. Any questions or comments go to the Sponsor, not to YouTube.

14. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales (United Kingdom), unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be removed.

15. Winner

The winner's YouTube name will be shown in the draw video and pinned on the channel. For questions, contact hi@gtasickz.com.
